HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, June 8, 2021: (TSX: HPS.A) The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight and one half cents ($0.085) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of eight and a half cents ($0.085) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on June 29, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 22, 2021. The ex-dividend date is June 21, 2021.
