HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, March 1, 2018: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on March 22, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2018. The ex-dividend date is March 14, 2018.
