HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, September 14, 2017: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on September 29, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 22, 2017. The ex-dividend date is September 21, 2017.
