HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, March 4, 2016: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on March 25, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2016. The ex-dividend date is March 16, 2016.
