HPS Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, June 4, 2015: The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on June 25, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 18, 2015. The ex-dividend date is June 16, 2015.
