HPS Complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation

General News  Canada

As of July 1, 2014, Canada has implemented a new Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) that affects individuals, businesses and organizations who send commercial electronic messages (CEMs) or are involved with the alteration of transmission data.  This new legislation is being put into effect to aid in protecting Canadians from unnecessary and unwanted spam.

HPS has been working diligently over the past few months to ensure we have consent from our external audience to continue receiving our commercial electronic messages, which includes The HPS Informer (e-newsletter), new product announcements and/or updates, upcoming seminars, upcoming tradeshows, feedback surveys and E-Quotes updates.

If you would like to continue to receive CEMs from HPS, please indicate your consent by clicking here.
