HPS Declares Quarterly Dividend

Guelph, Ontario, September 14, 2020: (TSX: HPS.A) The Board of Directors of Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight and a half cents ($0.085) per Class A Subordinate Voting Share of HPS and a quarterly cash dividend of eight and a half cents ($0.085) per Class B Common Share of HPS payable on September 28, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 21, 2020. The ex-dividend date is September 18, 2020.
